Chicken lightly breaded and sautéed with garlic, fresh herbs, butter, and white wine. Reduced in a lemon chicken stock broth. Topped with capers and freshly grated Romano cheese.


Chicken Parm 

Chicken breaded, sautéed, topped with a fresh tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella served over penne with a homemade marinara.


Chicken Franchaise

Chicken battered in egg, cheese, parsley and garlic, sautéed with fresh herbs in a Garlic Infused XV Oil.   Served over white rice.


Chicken Marsala 

Chicken breaded and browned in a sauté pan.  Tossed with lots of wild mushrooms, fresh herbs, reduced with Marsala wine, a touch of cream and served over linguini.


Healthy Chicken 

Chicken sautéed in Avocado Oil and flour, reduced in white wine, and finished in the oven. Served with oven roasted broccoli, yellow carrots, broccoli, white potato and sweet potato and an onion blackened with oil, spices, and cabernet wine.  


Chicken Djon

Chicken strip sautéed in seasoned flour and garlic infused XV Olive Oil.  Reduced in a Grey Pupon Djon Mustard cream sauce with fresh herbs and plated over a mix of pea pods, spinach, scallions, green peppers and broccoli.


Orange Chicken

Twice fried chicken in a seasoned tempura batter, tossed in an orange sauce, topped with sprinkled cashew crumbles.  Tossed with diced pea pods, fresh garlic and roasted red pepper.
