My Secrets to Entrepreneurship
You can gain 20 years of lessons in 2 years with the right mentor. Use your imagination, sure. But then seek wisdom. Stop running when you can fly. The secret to success is knowledge. So, increase in knowledge. Get better. Grow. Evolve. Flourish. Have dominion over the earth.
Here are just some of my secrets to Entrepreneurship:
- Pick your team.
- Develpoe your leaders. In the end you should have strong leaders.
- Create good culture.
- Remove weak links.
- Ask, "If Iknew I wouldn’t fail, what would I dream? Let “that” fuel my vision.
- Stage your goals for that.
- Dont try to do too much.
- Look for a BLUE ocean. A GREENER field. If you cant find it, make it.
- Capitalize on what works BEST.
- Use the right attitude. Think: How can I help you? Don't play the game. Actually help them.
- Use the right lens. Think: How can I close the deal.
- Use clarity. Be super clear.
- Use the right language. Speak the language the employee needs to hear. Speak the language of the customer.
- Real businesses create systems.
- Improve business development. Develop ways, plans, things that are resulting in your business developing. Move in the money direction.
- Build relationships. People are the link to this whole thing.
- Know what your next 3 innovative campaigns are. This is the vehicle you wanna drive. Not a Rolls Royce.
- Create honest sales man and woman.
- Make sure your employees love working for you.
- You and your whole team should be making money.
- Use unique marketing.
- Plug holes. Strengthen the weak spots. Run where the field is open. Fly your airplane. Use your greatest weapons.
- Measure your leading indicators. Revenue just tells you your score. Your leads tell you how to play the game. Measure what helps you play the game.
- Don't be an actor. Make money.
- Sell everything. Everyone. And yourself. Sell.
- Social Media is the Great Equalizer. Have a unique Social media that puts you into a league of your own.
- Learn how to ask AI what want.
- Everyone can act like an entrepreneur. But only 20% are making money. And 1% are actually entrepreneurs. Get into the 1%. Dont act it out. Do it.
