From the Chef,

The following dishes may look large  in the photos but most of the time they are served on small plates, also known as Tapas.  My wife and I do not eat much food, but we love food and like to think of ourselves as food connoisseurs. I'm in my 50's. For me, I mostly just eat 1 meal a day. I have been practicing internmittent fasting for 10+ years now. I eat 4 hours a day and fast 20, so I buy good, fresh, organic, high quality ingredients. I usually shop at a variety of shops to find the specific foods I like.  I like to got to butchers for my meat, Seafood Distributors for my seafood. I spend "time" searching for good cheeses.  Most of the time, I pair my food with specific wines that compliment the dish.  Example:  If I am making Shephards Pie, I will drink the same red Cabernet wine that I reduced the beef in.  We like to eat with cloth napkins, dim lighting and good music playing in the background. Alot of people do not know this, but when YHWH told Moses to tell Pharoah to let his people go, his reason was this. He wanted to have a feast with them in the wilderness.  I bet you didn't know that.  Food is mostly eatin 3-5 times a day. Talk to any CEO, they will tell you that CULTURE is the secret to many corporations success.  Well, YHWH didn't just give the Jews a feast. He  gave them 7 a year for generations to come! Think about this. In the very first sin offering, an animal was slain. And then what happened? Most Christians have no idea! After the sacrifice, the people ate the food and it filled them up.  It satisfied them.  In Passover, they drank wine, they danced, they sang, they prayed, they talked about HOW GREAT GOD WAS! :) Since the beginning of time, God has been satisfying mankind even in the very act of asking for forgiveness. My conclusion is this. God is most glorified when we are most satisfied. Period. He loves us in ways our minds simply cannot comprehend. This menu is an outward expression of the inward satisfaction that enjoy every single night of my life, towards my Creator.  When I sing about the goodness of God, it is because it is evident all over my life.

Holy Spirit, breathe over our little lives [ Pause] as we eat and we drink [Pause] in your good, good, good life.

- In Jesus name.

Whether thereofre you eat or drink, or whatsoever you do, do it all to the glory of God.
